Thus far, 2017 has seen continued growth for EDC Engineering with our three offices thriving thanks to multiple projects wins in the last few months.

Our London office continues to go from strength to strength with the recent appointment on various residential schemes including the Kings Point project in Reading.  Located in central Reading, consent has been granted for the demolition of the existing derelict building and replaced by a high quality 16 storey mixed-use development. This comprises of riverside commercial/restaurant and 103 residential units, a mix of 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments with stunning views, existing design and benefiting from local infrastructure and amenity.

The residential, commercial and energy from waste sectors remain strong with multiple projects secured in these sectors over the last 6 months.

Our Cork office continues to thrive with the recent Sullivan’s Quay and Horgans Quay projects secured and we look forward to being associated with these two prestigious projects. We continue to secure numerous BIM modelling projects based on our proven track record in delivering successful BIM Level 2 projects on time and within programme.

We have also opened our Dublin office which continues to flourish and has seen a steady growth since its induction in 2016 and we have recently expanded our staff numbers due to our strong position in the Irish market.

EDC continues to develop its position in the African market and has 2 large-scale projects on-going in this region, the market is buoyant and we will further develop this market in 2017.
