Another exciting project that our team has been working on is the prestigious Chelsea Barracks development in London. edc have been appointed to implement BIM modelling for construction phases of blocks 1, 2 & 3. This allows edc implement its extensive experience in BIM Level 2 delivery on a project which comprises of three separate buildings. THE COLLECTIVE, CANARY WHARF, BUILDING 8

EDC are delighted to have been appointed to complete the full MEP, Fire Engineering Services, Thermal modelling & BREEAM Assessment for this prestigious project. The Collective, Canary Wharf, Building 8 will be a mixed use, co-living development at Baltimore Wharf, London E14. The development will comprise of approximately 706 Collective studio flats, supported by communal kitchens and various flexible amenities. Level -2 will house building services plant as well as various back of house facilities. BOMBARDIER PROJECT

edc have been employed to undertake the design and build of the M&E services for this 15 mW Energy from Waste plant in Belfast. The project is being built by Sisk and will be owned and operated by Bouygues a French operator. The plant will contain 3 No streams which will use locally sourced waste to generate electricity. The electricity will be put back on to the local network to supply the local area. edc’s involvement included the design of the buildings Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure.
