INTRODUCTION
This project consisted of the high-quality development of 67 apartments and a new youth club, sports hall and community centre in this popular area close to Maida Vale Underground Station. 65% of the new apartments will be affordable housing available to households on a range of incomes. The development will include private balconies to most apartments, communal roof terraces and significant improvements to the public realm in and around Lanark Road.
EDC provided the full design of MEP systems, Fire Engineering services, SAP calculations and BREEAM to achieve the minimum Part L & CO2 requirements.
