This development will convert disused commercial offices at Benwell House into 55 one and two-bedroom apartments by extending the existing building. The project is part of the council’s plans to relieve housing pressure in the local area by providing quality and affordable rental accommodation.
EDC are providing the M&E design & Energy services to for this 55 residential unit scheme in Surrey on Thames for Glenman. All dwellings will be fitted to a high specification including communal heating and MVHR.
Construction of Ceaser Court is due to be completed in 2020.
