INTRODUCTION
Innovation building which contains meeting rooms, exhibition centre, commercial kitchen/canteen etc… The two story building uses biomass heating combined with a Passivent air system to operate 90% of the time and air-conditioning to be utilised on peak summer days. It also uses grey water as a dedicated source of water to be used in the toilets within the scheme.
The remaining 19 buildings can be utilised as Commercial offices or Retail Outlets which are located within the business park. The services also include high end energy monitoring and the use of renewable fuels such as biomass.
